Actor faces felony domestic violence charge

Posted on April 26th, 2012 No Comments

Actor Lane Garrison, best known for his role as David “Tweener” Apolskis in the television show Prison Break, could be facing charges of felony domestic violence after his former girlfriend says he attacked her Saturday night.

Garrison has not been officially charged because investigators say they do not have enough evidence at this time to file charges. He is currently being held in a Beverly Hills jail on a parole hold. The actor is on parole for a 2007 vehicular manslaughter conviction.

Garrison told authorities he did not hit his ex-girlfriend and claims the surveillance video she says proves it only shows him trying to get his cellphone she had taken earlier.

Seal responds to Heidi Klum’s divorce petition

Heidi Klum officially filed for divorce from Seal last week, claiming they had a post-nuptial agreement that separated their assets. In her divorce petition she also stated she wanted primary physical custody of their four children.

This week, Seal filed his own divorce petition in response to Klum’s. Seal states that he and Klum share community and quasi-community assets despite Klum’s claim that their assets are separate. He made no mention of a post-nuptial agreement.

Seal is also asking for joint custody of their children. Both want the judge to deny one another spousal support, although their wealth will most likely prevent them from getting support either way.
