If a minor child is legally married and then the marriage is dissolved while she is still a minor, is her minority status re-established so that support would again be due?
If the marriage is terminated by divorce, her minority status is not reinstated. However, if the marriage is annulled, her minority status is reestablished since an annulment terminates the marriage and legally is considered void from the beginning.
