A material or substantial change of circumstances since the earlier of the date that a child    support order rendered or the date that a mediated or collaborative law settlement agreement on which the order was based or the three year rule referred to above in Question Number one.  A change in lifestyle is not grounds for an increase nor is a history of voluntary support payments in excess of the court ordered amount.
