If the court terminates the parent’s rights to the child, does the terminated parent have any right to post termination contact with the child?
If the court finds that such is in the best interest of the child and the other parent agrees, the terminated parent may have limited contact with the child. This may include the right to receive specified information regarding the child, provide written information to the child and limited access to the child.
