What remedy is available if the obligor terminates his employment where his wages are subject to a withholding order?
The former employer is required to notify the court and the obligee within seven days after the employee terminates employment. He must provide the last known address of the employee and the name and address of the new employer if known. The obligor is required to inform his new employer of the withholding order.
