When the temporary restraining order expires, what additional measures can be taken to preserve the property and protect persons?
On or before the expiration of the temporary restraining order, the court can issue a temporary injunction that usually will contain many of the same provisions as the temporary restraining order. If the parties cannot agree on the temporary inunctions, the court will hold a hearing and enter orders. The temporary orders will remain in effect during the pendency of the divorce unless modified by the court before then.
