Can the temporary order require that the parties are not to communicate except through counsel?
If the level of conflict or threat of violence is that high, this is the prudent course of action and if not agreed by both parties, the court will probably order it. The structure of the temporary order is flexible and can be adapted easily to the particular facts of each case. In most cases, these orders can be made permanent.
